TIPS FOR MAKING SALMON IN THE AIR FRYER

Air Fryer Salmon

  • Make sure the thickness of the salmon fillets are the same. They will all cook evenly at the same time as a result of this. Cooking them in batches may be necessary, depending on the size of the air fryer. Then you can cook the thicker ones together if vital.
  • Using a fork, check for doneness. The thickness of the salmon pieces and the type of air fryer you use will both affect how long it takes to cook the salmon in an air fryer. Using a fork, check to see if it flakes off easily—this is the best method.
  • Before you add the seasoned salmon to your air fryer, pre-heat it. Doing this will ensure that the salmon is cooked evenly. The salmon will cook faster and have a crisper edge as a result.
  • Don’t fill your basket too full. Because the moisture from the salmon fillets touching each other can quickly affect the hot air that is circulating around the salmon, you run the risk of not getting crispy salmon if you do this. If necessary, air fry the salmon in two batches.
