Chicken and Broccoli Penne Alfredo are tasty and simple to prepare for dinner! For years, this has been one of my most well-liked dishes.

Chicken and Broccoli Penne Alfredo

I’ve heard that pasta should be avoided by those over the age of 29. Pasta is something I simply can’t give up, therefore it’ll never happen. When there are delicious dishes like this homemade Chicken and Broccoli Penne Alfredo available, I can’t give it up!

Of course, neither the chicken nor the broccoli is required to make this. On their own, the pasta and sauce are wonderful!

You’ll be pleading for more since it’s so wonderful!

Chicken and Broccoli Penne Alfredo Ingredients

Chicken and Broccoli Penne Alfredo

  • 3 chopped or cubed boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • broccoli florets, 3 to 4 cups
  • Avocado Oil
  • penne pasta, 16 ounces
  • two butter sticks (1 cup)
  • 2 cups of cream, thick
  • paprika, two tablespoons
  • 3 minced garlic cloves
  • White pepper, two tablespoons (or black pepper)
  • 2 cups extra grated Parmesan cheese that has just been freshly grated (optional)

Instructions

Chicken and Broccoli Penne Alfredo

  1. Cook pasta in a huge pot loaded up with salted water.
  2. Cook the pasta for 12 to 15 minutes, or until it is tender. Channel and empty once again into pot. Add the chicken to a skillet with a little olive oil while the pasta is cooking.
  3. To get the sides crispy, cook on high for a few minutes, then cook on medium heat until everything is cooked.
  4. Cook the florets of broccoli. In most cases, I simply add them all to a pot of water and heat them for 4-5 minutes until they are tender and bright green.
  5. Drain and remove from heat. Rinse gently with cool water. Place aside.

For the Alfredo sauce:

  1. In a skillet or sauce pan, combine the butter and heavy cream.
  2. Include the garlic, pepper, and paprika. Mix thoroughly.
  3. Heat until hot over medium to high heat.
  4. Add ground Parmesan and speed until dissolved.
  5. Turn down the heat and cook the sauce until it starts to boil. Mix well. As the cheese melts, the sauce should get thicker, but not too thick.
  6. Serve the pasta with the sauce. Coat by tossing. Stir in the chicken and broccoli to combine.
  7. Sprinkle extra grated Parmesan on top!
