Cheesy Chicken Fritters Recipe – Easy Keto Recipe
Cheesy Chicken Fritters is an extremely simple recipe to make, only takes 30 minutes, and is Keto-friendly. These fritters, which are often referred to as chicken patties, are delicious and soft. One of the best simple chicken recipes, in my opinion.
Cheesy Chicken Fritters Ingredients
- 1.5 pounds (700 grams) of skinless, boneless chicken breast
- 2 medium eggs
- 1/3 cup (40 grams) of almond flour
- 1 cup (110 grams) of shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh basil
- 2 tablespoons chopped chives
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
- a pinch of sea salt and freshly ground black pepper, or to taste.
- 1 tablespoon or more of olive oil to fry
Instructions
- Using a sharp knife, cut the chicken breast into small pieces and place them in a large mixing bowl. Place the chicken breast on a chopping board.
- Add almond flour, eggs, mozzarella, basil, chives, parsley, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the large bowl. Combine thoroughly.
- In a large nonstick pan, heat the oil to a medium-low temperature. Scoop into the chicken mixture using an ice cream scoop or a large spoon.
- Transfer to the pan and slightly flatten to make a fritter. Cook the fritters in batches of four to avoid crowding the pan.
- Fry for 6 to 8 minutes or until both sides are golden brown. Keep in mind that you must cook them at a medium-low temperature; otherwise, the outside will burn but the inside will not be cooked thoroughly.
- Serve it with your preferred dip.
