Garlic Steak and Potato Foil Packs are the very best baked or grilled hearty, healthy supper that can be prepared in about 30 minutes!

Garlic Steak and Potato Foil Packs

There are some dishes, in my opinion, t hat go together naturally. For instance, ketchup and french fries. Nutella and Oreo cookies. salsa with chips. Cherry syrup and diet soda. Of all, steak and potatoes are the greatest of all, and who could ever forget that?

  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic 1 teaspoon onion powder 3 tablespoons olive oil salt and pepper to taste (I use approximately 1 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper)

Garlic Steak and Potato Foil Packs Notes

Garlic Steak and Potato Foil Packs

  • Make sure to cut your potatoes and steak into pieces that are no larger than 2×2 inches and no smaller than 1 inch. This guarantees uniform cooking. Boil the potatoes for five minutes, then add them to the bowl and continue with the preparation as directed for a medium-rare steak.
  • Once they are in the foil pack, this will help them cook more quickly. * Open the packets at the end and cook the steak directly on the grill for a few minutes if you desire a char, or bake the steak by switching the oven to broil for a few minutes (with packets opened).
