Glazed Strawberry Bread – quick and easy recipe

Glazed Strawberry Bread is a quick and easy recipe that does not require rinsing. Glazed Strawberry Bread will delight you with its perfectly soft texture and sweet strawberry glaze. We’re making quick bread that doesn’t need to rise with simple ingredients. The bread and the glaze both contain real strawberries!


Baking powder or baking soda is used to make quick bread, so they don’t need to rise or rest before baking.


  • 3/4 cup of sugar
  • 0.5 cups of milk
  • 50 ml of vegetable oil
  • 1 egg
  • Vanilla extract, 1 teaspoon
  • 2 cups of general-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 14 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups strawberries, chopped
  • All-purpose flour, 2 tablespoons

For the glaze

  • 2 cups of granulated sugar
  • Tbsp. of melted butter
  • 1/2 cup strawberries, chopped
  • 12 teaspoon vanilla

  • Set oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. A 9×5-inch loaf pan should be greased and saved.
  • Combine the sugar, milk, oil, eggs, and vanilla in a medium bowl.
  • Salt and baking powder should be added. Flour should be added gradually while stirring to mix.
  • 2 tablespoons of flour should be mixed with the diced strawberries. Mix the batter in the batter-coated strawberries gently.
  • batter into a loaf pan that has been buttered. A toothpick put into the center should come out clean after baking for 50 to 55 minutes.
  • Bread should cool in the pan for ten minutes before being transferred to a wire rack to finish cooling.
  • Powdered sugar, melted butter, diced strawberries, and vanilla are combined to produce the glaze. Stir until smooth and well blended
  • When the bread is totally cool, drizzle the glaze over it.

Note: When the bread is completely cool, drizzle glaze over it.
