Gluten-Free Beef Stroganoff
Gluten-Free Beef Stroganoff is a delectable one-pot supper that is quick to clean up on a weeknight.

Gluten-Free Beef Stroganoff Ingredients
- 1 lb. of ground beef
Gluten-Free Beef Stroganoff Seasonings :
- 3 minced garlic cloves (about 1 tablespoon)
- 1/9 cup Dijon mustard
- a serving of Worcestershire sauce
- 1 and a half teaspoons of dried parsley
- 1 paprika teaspoon
- 1 teaspoon of powdered onion
- Black pepper, 1 teaspoon
- 0.5 teaspoons of salt
- 1/four teaspoons of chili powder
- four cups beef stock (gluten-free)
- 1 can whisked coconut milk
- Gluten-free noodles, 8 ounces (I used Banza rotini)
- cornstarch, two tablespoons
- cold water, 1/4 cup
Instructions
- The ground beef should be brown in a 12-inch skillet. Remove any accumulated grease.
- The beef should be seasoned with Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, and crushed garlic.Salt, chili powder, paprika, onion powder, parsley, and black pepper should be added.
- Bring to a boil, add the coconut milk and beef broth, and stir. Cook the gluten-free noodles for five minutes before lowering the heat to medium-low.
- Dissolve the cornstarch in cold water. As it thickens, stir into the stroganoff and stir occasionally for five to ten minutes.
- Optional: 8 oz. brownof ground beef with sliced mushrooms.
