Gluten-Free Beef Stroganoff Ingredients

  • 1 lb. of ground beef

Gluten-Free Beef Stroganoff Seasonings :

  • 3 minced garlic cloves (about 1 tablespoon)
  • 1/9 cup Dijon mustard
  • a serving of Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 and a half teaspoons of dried parsley
  • 1 paprika teaspoon
  • 1 teaspoon of powdered onion
  • Black pepper, 1 teaspoon
  • 0.5 teaspoons of salt
  • 1/four teaspoons of chili powder
  • four cups beef stock (gluten-free)
  • 1 can whisked coconut milk
  • Gluten-free noodles, 8 ounces (I used Banza rotini)
  • cornstarch, two tablespoons
  • cold water, 1/4 cup

Instructions

Gluten-Free Beef Stroganoff

  1. The ground beef should be brown in a 12-inch skillet. Remove any accumulated grease.
  2. The beef should be seasoned with Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, and crushed garlic.Salt, chili powder, paprika, onion powder, parsley, and black pepper should be added.
  3. Bring to a boil, add the coconut milk and beef broth, and stir. Cook the gluten-free noodles for five minutes before lowering the heat to medium-low.
  4. Dissolve the cornstarch in cold water. As it thickens, stir into the stroganoff and stir occasionally for five to ten minutes.
  5. Optional: 8 oz. brownof ground beef with sliced mushrooms.
