Beef Stir Fry

Ingredients for the healthy dish, Broccoli Florets, Shredded Carrots

  • Beef Flank Steak, 1.2 to 1.5 lbs.
  • For stir-frying, split 1/4 cup of cooking oil.
  • 50% of a broccoli head
  • a single carrot, sliced
  • 1 minced garlic clove
  • 2–3 tablespoons coconut aminos 1 tablespoon arrowroot flour, meat marinade, and salt or pepper to taste

Cooking Sauce

How to make the stir fry sauce for the beef and broccoli stir fry. Coconut Aminos

  • Coconut aminos, 1/4 cup
  • either 1/4 cup of water or beef stock
  • 1-tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 generous tablespoon of arrowroot flour
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil

Instructions

  1. The steak should first be marinated in coconut aminos, salt, and pepper.
  2. Broccoli can be sautéed in cooking oil in a pan while the steak is marinating; when it is thoroughly cooked, remove it.
  3. In the meantime, combine all of the sauce ingredients in a small dish. After that, sear the garlic and beef. (This is where we really are multitasking.)Beef should not be overcooked; It will cook quickly if it is thinly sliced.
  4. Add the carrots to the pan after the beef and garlic have cooked for a few minutes.
  5. Return the broccoli to the pan after the carrots have finished cooking.
  6. Finally, add the sauce and stir until it thickens and evenly covers everything.

* Keep in mind that coconut aminos is already salty when seasoning the chicken. If you are using less beef, use a little less water or stock. For this stir fry, 1/4 cup is used for 1.5 pounds of meat.
