  • 3 to 4 cubed skinless, boneless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 tsp. of garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup of heavy cream and an 8 oz container of melted cream cheese
  • 5 to 6 seeded and sliced jalapeño peppers
  • 2 cups of sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 6 bacon pieces, chopped

Jalapeno popper casserole

  1. Bake at 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Spray a casserole dish that is 9 by 13 inches with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. In the bottom of the casserole dish, arrange the chicken in a single layer, leaving a little space between each cube.
  3. The cream cheese, garlic powder, and heavy cream should be blended together. Pour over the chicken and top with diced jalapenos. Sprinkle the chicken with cheese and bake for 40 to 45 minutes, or until cooked through.
  4. Serve with bacon crumbles on top.
